Panattoni Swindon 2.3 is the largest logistics building in its class in the UK and Europe’s largest Amazon fulfillment center, totalling a mammoth 2.3M sq. ft. The deal achieved record pricing never seen previously in the UK market. At £210 million, the development is also the largest single asset forward funding deal ever negotiated and traded in UK history.
